faulty tv missing remote
the tv in my lakeside terrace room did not work. there was no remote control for the air conditioning unit. the safe box also presented operational problems. these oversights reflect a lack of thorough maintenance checks.

Amazing Poolside Cottage Experience
cozy cottage maintained cottage infinity pool private area
The poolside cottage was cozy and well kept. It was just steps away from the AMAZING infinity pool, overlooking a amazing lake view. Waking up and walking straight to the poolside for a quiet morning was a dream. The room included comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a private outdoor seating area for coffee.
I found prices for services, such as taxis, a little high.
Dining
9/10
The food at the resort was fresh and flavorful, especially the local dishes. I preferred local dishes such as fish mango curry, prawn mango curry, and meen polichathu. The quality of the meals was GREAT!!!
Location
10/10
The hotel location is directly on the lake and provides major charm. The view from the rooms faces the pool and the lake. This setup ensured BEAUTIFUL scenery and a peaceful atmosphere.
Service
9/10
The staff was great, going the extra mile. They were very responsive to requests. The service was polite and friendly from all the staff I encountered .
Rooms
10/10
The room was spacious and very clean. The bungalows were comfortable with a large semi-outdoor bathroom. It includes two showers. The rooms provided direct access to the pool.
